Betaine is a quaternary amine internal lipoid alkaloid with a preponderance of methylated workers. Promote the efficient use of energy in the feed, can regulate the osmotic pressure and act as a decoy for aquatic animals,but also improves the stability of product quality and supply volume.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES
1. White powder or leaf-like crystals,sweet,non-toxic,deliquescent,soluble in water and alcohol slightly soluble in ether.
2. It is stable below 200°C and has strong anti-oxidation properties.
3. Two kinds of existing forms: Neutral and alkaline aqueous solution, a ring structure;acidic aqueous solution, open-loop state.
4. The Grignard base also has properties such as moisture retention, antistatic properties and thickening properties, and has strong detergency.
