Introduction:

L-Lysine, one of essential amino acids, is the first limiting amino acid for pigs and the second for poultry. The level of dietary L-Lysine concentration significantly influences on the growth performance and feed efficiency. Supplementing L-Lysine in dietary could balance the amino acid profile in the formula and fulfill the requirements of animals to optimize the tech-economic result of production.

Usage:

L-Lysine HCL is one of the most widely used amino acid. It is an essential amino acid required in the diets of swine, poultry and most other animal species. It is mainly produced by fermentation using strains of corynebacteria, especially Corynebacterium glutamicum, which comprises a multi-step process including fermentation, cell separation by centrifugation or ultrafiltration, product separation and purification, evaporation and drying. Because of L-Lysine great importance, efforts are constantly being made in order to improve the fermentation processes, comprising strain and process development as well as media optimization and downstream processing are used for the production of L-lysine and other L-amino acids, operation in mixing tank or air lift fermenters. 

Generally it is mainly used in Poultry & Livestock feed industry as the supplement of essential amino acids for poultry,livestock and other animals.

 

We are in the position to offer two kinds of L-Lysine feed grade: L-Lysine HCL 98% and L-Lysine sulphate 70%. L-Lysine sulphate is divided into 2 items: L-Lysine sulphate 65% (feed grade) and L-Lysine sulphate 70% (feed grade). Both (L-Lysine and L-Lysine HCL) are fermented from conventionally grown corn starch in china without any foreign materials added during the whole process. The L-Lysine HCL is highly purified to 98% after fermentation. L-Lysine Sulphate, which is more cost-effective, is semi-purified and contains other fermentation by-products such as other essential amino acids and carbohydrate. L-Lysine HCL 98% could attribute 78.4% free lysine; L-Lysine Sulphate 65%, equal to 65% lysine HCL, could provide 51% free lysine in the feed; L-Lysine Sulphate 70%, equal to 70% lysine HCL, could provide 55% free lysine in the feed.
