Product introduction

3. The temperature resistance is better than the general fungal xylanase, and the activity retention value is greater than 80% at the granulation temperature of 80 degrees.

5. The temperature activity range is wide, with high activity at 30 degrees to 75 degrees, and the highest enzyme activity is detected at 60 degrees.
6. The enzyme activity was higher between pH 4.5-7.5, and the highest enzyme activity was detected at pH=6.5.
7. Temperature-resistant treatment: After 5 minutes of incubation in a water bath at each temperature, the enzyme activity retention rate was detected.
8. Tolerance treatment: After standing for 90 min at each pH value, the enzyme activity retention rate was detected.
9. After adding stomach-trypsin solution to stand for 5.5h, the enzyme activity survival rate was 79.68%.
